Freshmen is the year for us to mature, to say farewell to the childish past and say 'ola' to the next chapter of our lives. It is also another step forward to education which requires us for more knowledge and hard-work. Encountering more friends along the way is the utmost part of it.
The legit highlights of this school year was not about all the nerdy-geek-studying, but the new friends or acquaintances for some us. These new friends were our senior batch. They were indeed not at the same age as us.
For us, the senior batch was our 'kuyas' and 'ates'. They were not hard to get along with. I say they're the typical ones. Yes, they may be trouble-makers but they will surely not prejudice you for something wrong. We learn from their mistakes and benefit from their talents. Selfishness never gets into their mind. They always share what they know and what they've learned.
On our Freshmen year, Bl. Jordan of Saxony was no more. They split us into to sections which tore apart our hearts. Its never been the same staying in one room sharing the happiness and laughter together.
On our first week our relationships were drifting. We need to fix this. God is so great that He made a way for us to be able to reunite again. Challenges always make friendship grew stronger. After that happens, we were like a not big, but a giant family composed of 30 or more members.
Our Rules Rule!
An adventurous journey with them. My home for seven years!

Our story is very complex. Me and Nicole started studying at Holy Rosary Catholic School when we're in 1st grade. She was one of the smartest student in our batch. Then, Dominique and Vince transfered to our school on 2nd grade. I didn't notice them a lot.
Nicole and I became friends because of our fathers. My dad and her dad was friends. They were always together outside the school to wait for us. I admit, she was very smart and I adore her. I hang out
a lot with her since then. Good thing, she influenced me some of her knowledge.
Vince and Dominique transfered on the 2nd grade and as I said I barely noticed them. We were all in the same section which is Camia under the care of Mrs. Orda, our adviser. Everyday, I come to school 20 minutes late.
In our 4th grade year, things changed. We became rivals in anything. Its so funny how we argue about nothing. Maybe its just because we hate each other so much. I aslo admit that I was so jealous of them because they can do fun and crazy stuff, which I can't. I was always the quiet and model student.
Fifth grade, I decided to be with them and have fun. I always sat with them in class. In troubles and in happiness, we're all together. Its better to suffer with someone. Anyways, we don't take our teachers' sermons seriously. We just laugh at them.
Do you guys remember one day that we were playing chinese garters? If not, here it goes. It was our recess time and we don't feel like eating. Instead, we decided to play chinese garters while the high school students are taking their summative tests upstairs. Mrs. Aranilla told us not to be quiet. So we did as we're told. Our feet made so much noise because of the jumpings and everything. So then, she came out the room to confiscate our garters. I attempted to get it and run but I failed.
It always feels good when you know someone is there for you. Someone will catch you if you fall. Someone
will defend you from anything.

The more the merrier.
Our grade 6th year was the best! My memories of it are still fresh. This was the beginning of something new and fantastic. Something that could make you wish to stop the time. Surviving adventures makes you feel like successful right? There it goes!
First day of school wasn't that memorable. St. Antoninus and St. Pius (name of our sections) was rivals in anything. On that year, they combined our sections together in one class. I know that chaos is gonna happen. One section sat on one side and the other section sat on the other side. Crazy, eh? We don't wanna get mixed up with them.
Another week of school, we were mocking and murmuring about each other. Its totally obvious. We did that everyday. There were transferees too. They don't know which side to take, so they stayed on the middle. The classroom was always dirty. St. Antoninus was always the one to blame. I always get mad whenever they accused us something bad.
As months go on, our hearts soften little by little. The whole class don't argue anymore. This is just where the story starts. Where at the middle of the year. Everyone was happy and everything was fine. Okay, not that fine. They said the grade 6 class was horrible. I say not! It was the best. I - I mean 'we' don't care about what they say. Was it really the most noisy, most dirty, most foul, and most turbulent? Not really. Wow. We are really getting many awards for this one.
Exams... exams.. exams... What could make us more tensioned than exams? We were all in it together. You know what I mean! We can't fit in the class. There were 44 students to be exact. So, some of us had to go outside for the exam. Unfortunately, my best buds and I had to go out. They don't know what the answers are for math and I'm glad to share my blessing/answers to them. Same as them, they share answers I do not know! You must admit, we were AWESOME.
Our favorite habit was going to malls all day. We don't bring a lot of money but we do have lots of fun. "Money can't buy happiness." Its totally true. The usual meeting time was at 1pm and we leave at 7pm for the longest. SM was our 'all-time' favorite mall. Do you still remember riding on a jeepney? When someone requests for the driver to stop it abruptly? We'll if not, that only means one thing. You were not with us at that time. There are a lot of people joined in our photos. Graduation is what we are waiting for. Then again, here it is! We almost do not do work all day. Just hanging around while the teachers computes our grade. Its was pretty boring but awesome. We tried and tried to think of something cool and fun to do. Unluckily, we can't think of any. It was so hard. We just slept and listen to music and slept.
Rehearsals was painful. Standing for the line up and waiting for the other to be on their places. Pretending to get our diplomas and medals was weird. We did rehearsals everyday. Singing our graduation english and chinese song. We also have to worry about baby and present pictures. My friends and I went straight to downtown to print the pictures without telling our parents. I printed so many that I still have them with me here. Want some? Its the graduation day! Everyone seems do glad that elementary days are over but sad at the same time because we know some of us have to say goodbye. Parents from abroad made their way safely for their child's graduation. The graduation was really hectic. You have to assist your parents to where they sit and when to go up the stage. I know everyone experienced that. Cameras all over the air and flashing like your famous.

Goodbye vacation, Hello school!
Here it is Rosarians! Its time to go to school again; have to wake up early and wear school uniforms. Summer is over. Bringing books in classes and studying ofcourse. A new adventure awaits.
Today is your very first day. My batch is gonna be sophies! Yeah! Some are excited to see their friends, while some can't sleep. I have talked to a friend(Rhia) recently via chat. She can't sleep so she woke up at 4:30 in the morning. I told her to take pictures for me (I really love seeing their pictures.) Im glad that she said yes.
I can't really understand this school year for them. I felt incomplete. Some of my siblings(classmates) moved to another school. Thats really sad. Some switched sections, which totally drives me crazy.
A new adventure for my batchmates; St. Martin and St. Raymond. Who is gonna in which? Well, you'll see. Two hours more and the bell will ring. Life change. The first day without me? Its kindda sad.
Goodluck Sophies! Wish you all the best.

Best Comes Last.
The journey of our 5th grade year was quite tough. The obstacles on our way through didn't influenced our friendship. Infact, it made us strong together. St. Antoninus was the class that I were in. Me and my classmates have been together in a class for five years. We can differ each personality of our classmates. We are also the class that teacher dislikes. Yes, we are noisy and childish like kindergartens. I am always proud to say that I am a part of that class.
"You act like kinder pupils," are the one of the favorite sayings of our teachers and that is quite true. We don't deny what they are saying. As a reply we say, "we're just enjoying our childhood ma'am." I don't know why its the best for me. Maybe because it just really it is!
I felt that we are a family. No fights and no arguements. We were all together in our victories, sorrows, and most especially our pranks! Pranks are the prominate part of that! The best. I don't care if someone sees this. But this is just the truth and the past. It already happens. No one can change that now.
In Math time, our teacher left us a seatwork while she gets something outside of the room. The answers where in her table. The work wasn't hard. They're just lazy to think what the answers are. So one of my classmate stand before the table and shouted the answers to all of us. The teacher arrived and she said that we are going to check our works. At the and, we all get a perfect score! The class was cheering like they've won the lottery. Laughter filled tha air. That was the memory I can't ever forget.
Yey! Physical Education! Our favorite subject! We only get to play. We don't answer really tough answers. We love it when the curtains fall down; the shade of darkness filling the room. The teachers say that our classroom smells. I have a perfume that I don't really use. One of my classmates borrowed it and sprayed it to the air con. And locked our room when the teacher is out. That was just funny!
The other class, St. Pius, we we're against them. They are more quiet, kind, and peaceful. We don't really care. It bothers us when the teachers brags them to us. They say it over and over again like chicken's butt! haha. I really don't know what else to compare. There was a love affair too! That made us all crazy. It was just one couple. Ahh, I remember Richlen a.k.a hati panty. Good times.
Then, there was this cooking lesson. I didn't choose my members. They just want to be in my group. I love them. Its over-whelming. We cooked beef steak and tilapia. The sweet halo-halo. Really fun being with them!

Dark side.
The first day of school of my 5th grade was really different than the others. I came to school wearing freestyle - not uniforms. I entered the gate in front. I was roaming around, hoping to see some of my friends. They are sitting there on a coridor near our class room. I talked to them for a bit. Then, I saw this girl. She was very quiet, sitting in a coridor alone, and was wearing glasses. I told my friends that we have a new classmate and they started to move around her. We asked her name and she answered "Rhia".
The bell rang. I thought that we were supposed to be in our own classroom. I was wrong. We went to the other class' room, which is St. Pius. It was so crowded there. Forty people in one small room. I sat in the front row with Antoinette, Cristine, and the others. The first say was only orientations. There's not much lessons. At recess time we asked Rhia to come join us.
The next day, they slit us into two sections. I was in St. Antoninus. I thought that Rhia was gonna be in our section, but she was in the other section. Because of that we had some problems - childish arguments. I must admit, I was a bully back then. It wasn't fun.

First time around
I have too many siblings! I have 44 and more to be specific. I can't mention them all because it will take all my blog space. I have them since 1st grade but I didn'treally appreciate their presence at that time. We were 7 years-olds at that time. On my first day, I met Melicia. She really has a messy trolley bag that day. Shh! We wanna have fun at that time. I can still remember that we were all playing games in and outside the room. We barely knew each other.
Time come and go. We moved on from first grade and started a journey being 2nd graders. At that time, my bestfriends were Antoinette and Cristine. Antoinette and I sat beside each other in class. That was also the time that I first took Chinese classes. Then, Vince and Dominique transfered to our school. We really had a tough year, especially in writing class - the reason that my hand writing is pretty. I don't regret it! Infact, I appreciated it. Finally I am adjusted to my school and became an honor. My 2nd grade ended with a recognition ceremony.
June is here again! We're finally 3rd graders and we had our first class officers. They nominated me for president but I lost. My circle of friends grew. More girls have come and chill with us. Little fights with my friends are a part of it. It was really a tough challenge. We made a dance troop that year. I can't believe it we were just 9 years-olds at that year. We choreograph our own dance. This year is also the time that we had our first communion. Practices always make me dizzy so I have to go to the clinic. I am sick the time that my communion happened. But it was alright, God helped me!
